What we text you about
Rodell Yuille sends text messages from (434) 363-8570 about:
- a reply when we miss your call, so you can tell us what you need;
- answers to your questions and quote requests;
- updates about your job, such as scheduling and arrival times;
- after your job, a request to review our service, with up to four reminders if you haven't had a chance yet.
We don't send marketing or promotional messages under this program.
How you agree to receive texts
- By ticking the text-message box on a form on this Site (it is never required to send the form);
- By calling (434) 363-8570 and pressing 1 during our greeting when we miss your call (if you don't press 1, we don't text you);
- By texting (434) 363-8570: our intro confirms it at once, automatically, then we reply to what you asked;
- By telling us in person or on the phone that it's OK to text you a review request.
Our first text to you is a short intro from our text line that confirms you're signed up, with how often we text, that rates may apply, how to get help and how to stop. We send it again if it's been 30 days since the last one.

How to stop

- We keep a record of how and when you agreed to texts.
